Deep Cover is based on an original script written by Colin Trevorrow & Derek Connolly in 2010. Ten years later while isolated in the Jurassic World Dominion filming bubble with comedy duo The Pin (Ben Ashenden & Alexander Owen), a new version of the film was born. With their British sensibilities and sharp humour, Ben and Alex reset the film in London. The film is directed by BAFTA winner Tom Kingsley, whose background in witty, character-driven comedy made him the perfect collaborator.
